Our four nursing homes at Hougang, Tampines, Yishun and Jurong East have a total capacity of 734 beds, providing residential care for residents who need assistance with activities of daily living, and/or have daily nursing care needs.
We also provide respite care, which is nursing home care on short-term basis of between a minimum of seven days per stay and up to 30 days per year. It enables families and caregivers to have a short break, with peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for safely and professionally.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs (SLCs) provide maintenance day care, a full day centre-based programme for clients and for those who require supervision while their caregivers are at work.
Our SLCs also provide dementia day care, which is full day centre-based custodial care for clients with dementia.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs provide physiotherapy or occupational therapy for clients to regain their ability to carry out daily activities.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs provide basic nursing care for clients who need assistance with wound management or with nasogastric tubes and other equipment.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club @ Yishun Central provides medical, nursing and personal care services in a home-based environment for the comfort and convenience of our clients.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs at Yishun Central and Yishun Fern Grove are granted Active Ageing Centre (Care), or AAC (Care) licences since April 2024. They serve as go-to points for seniors living nearby in the community, to have the opportunity to build strong social connections, take part in recreational activities, and contribute to the community as they wish.
As an AAC (Care), additional care services are provided such as day care and community rehabiliation.

Started in 1986, All Saints Home (Hougang) is our very first nursing home with a current total capacity of 155 beds.
All Saints Home (Tampines) is our largest nursing home in terms of its current total capacity of 202 beds and range of services. It also houses the All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club @ Tampines, our Senior Care Centre which provides integrated eldercare services to holistically meet our clients’ needs.
All Saints Home (Yishun) opened its door to the first resident on 23 March 2015, and extended our reach to the northern part of Singapore with a current total capacity of 183 beds.
As of April 2024, All Saints Home successfully secured the tender to continue operating All Saints Home (Yishun) for six years, under the Ministry of Health’s Build-Own-Lease scheme.
All Saints Home (Jurong East), which commenced operations in September 2015, is our newest nursing home with a current total capacity of 194 beds.
As of September 2024, All Saints Home successfully secured the tender to continue operating All Saints Home (Jurong East) for nine years, under the Ministry of Health’s Build-Own-Lease scheme.
Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club (SLC) @ Yishun Central, located within Yishun Polyclinic, is set at an accessible and central location, where our clients will be able to conveniently visit the doctors for a consultation or medical appointment.
The SLC @ Yishun Central has also been granted the Active Ageing Centre (Care) license since April 2024.
Built alongside a similar concept to our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club (SLC) @ Yishun Central, our SLC @ Yishun Fern Grove is set amidst the peaceful greenery of the Fern Grove estate. Our clients here take advantage of the public outdoor space through activities such as outdoor games.
The SLC @ Yishun Fern Grove has also been granted the Active Ageing Centre (Care) license since April 2024.
