As a member of the National Council of Social Service and a registered charity, we accept referrals from The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), a centralised government agency that oversees nursing care integration efforts.

Admission Criteria

All Saints Home accepts and requires referrals to be through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), a centralised government agency that oversees nursing care integration efforts.

You may approach the social worker team at the hospital or polyclinic for assistance in submitting an application to AIC. Government subsidies are available for eligible applicants that meet means test criteria.

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) was implemented with effective from 2 July 2014.
